NEW SERVICE THIS YEAR!!!

FRONT YARD-ONLY SERVICE IS A NEW SERVICE THAT WE'RE OFFERING IN 2012! If you live in an HOA that requires the maintenance of your front yard and/or you have pets that have claimed ownership of the back yard, you may be interested in our front-yard-only service. We have three levels of service that we provide to the front yard. The "Basic" service includes a simple cut, edge, and blow service. The "Premiere" service includes all basic services plus all seasonal fertilizations. And then there is our "Superior" service which includes everything from the basic and premiere services as well as weed control to the front beds. Our rates for front-yard-service vary dependent on the size of the property, but they start at $10 per service and service is performed weekly during the growing season with the use of the clients yard debris can. A small additional fee is charged if we need to remove and dispose of yard debris. With Spring-like weather arriving early this year it's time to think about Spring clean-ups and green-ups. Now is the time to schedule your lawns aeration service along with an application of lime. You will see near immediate results. As well, if your property is within the City of Sherwood's water district you will be entitled to a $25 water rebate with any lawn core aeration service. On top of that, we will donate 20% of the total cost of the aeration to the Sherwood Education Foundation (SEF). See our "Services" page for pricing on aerations and schedule yours today. We'll even supply the rebate form with our receipt of service. If you do one thing for your lawn this year, it should be aeration. It will save you 10% to 20% in surface water usage due to run off and allow oxygen and nutrients access to where they need to be to best accommodate your lawn, while at the same time supporting the students and teachers of the Sherwood school district.

Winterize Your Irrigation System Now!

Although it doesn't get as cold here in the Northwest as it does in many parts of the country, it will certainly get cold enough at some point this winter season to freeze and damage your irrigation system. It's HIGHLY recommended that you winterize your irrigation system. Breaking a main-line can be very costly. At the very least, you should shut the water off now at the street that feeds your irrigation system. We'll be happy to perform this service for you, or you can do it yourself. Now that Fall has set in, it's time to think about "clean-up" projects and, believe it or not, next year. Winter fertilizer now can substantially benefit your turf next season. As well, we recommend fall core aeration along with late spring. Please do not let leaves stand on your turf areas for extended periods of time. This will certainly damage your lawn. After the leaves have fallen from the trees you may want to consider pruning. This can be accomplished at any time prior to the Spring new growth. Sherwood Raising Water Rates By 18%

It has just been announced that the City of Sherwood will be raising its water rates by 18% beginning in April. With water rates throughout the region on the rise, you can significantly reduce your water usage by aerating your lawns now. The Tualatin Valley Water District understands the importance in lawn aeration to help reduce water consumption, and thus offers a one-time rebate on lawn aeration services. We'll be happy to give you a free quote and put you on our schedule for this service. This is especially beneficial to those whom live in an HOA regulated neighborhood and/or have animals that occupy the back yard. There are three programs involved with this service. 1.) "BASIC SERVICE" includes scheduled lawn maintenance to include cutting, edging, and blowing with the use of the home owner's yard debris can. 2.) "PREMIUM SERVICE" includes everything from the basic service PLUS 4 seasonal fertilizations and one Spring lawn core aeration. 3.) "SUPERIOR SERVICE" includes everything from the Premium Service PLUS weed control to the front beds. All FRONT YARD-ONLY SERVICE can be accomplished at a fraction of the normal "full-maintenance service". Send us your contact information and we will be happy to supply you with a free quote.

As well, if you sign a NEW "2012 Scheduled Full-Maintenance Service Agreement" using our "equal pay method" prior to January 31, 2012, we will include the years fertilizations for free. (THIS IS A MINIMUM VALUE OF $160!) The "equal pay method" breaks down the average number of cuts per year by 12-months so you pay less per month, but will be responsible for payment during the "off months" of mid-November through mid-February.
